To request copies of court records please click the appropriate link:

• Family Law Case Information or Copies Request Form
• Probate Case Information or Copies Request Form

To request copies or information on any other case type please complete the Request for Records Search and/or Copies Form and remit with payment to the proper office. 

If you are requesting copies of records that originated prior to 1984 you can contact the Archived Records Division.
